Overview

All Massive Events is a mobile DJ and event-production business in Reading, Pennsylvania: DJ and MC, lighting, décor and photo booths for weddings, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, parties and corporate events. It has been running for more than 25 years. This is its first website.

The goal

Show what a night with All Massive Events actually looks and sounds like, and make asking for a date the easy part.

The look

Black and hot-pressed gold, taken straight from the business’s existing logo, with tall Bebas Neue headlines. The one signature detail is a row of marquee bulbs that chase along the section dividers, like the sign outside a venue.

What we built

  • Real footage, not stockTwo clips from the owner’s own events crossfade behind the headline on the home page.
  • A page for each kind of eventWeddings, sweet 16s and quinceañeras, and parties and corporate events, each with its own accent color.
  • Service demos on demandEach service card opens its own video, so new clips can be added later without building new pages.
  • Booking without a databaseThe date-request form writes a ready-to-send email to the owner. Nothing is stored on a server.
  • A gallery the owner can updatePhotos can come from a Google Sheet the owner edits, with no code changes. It’s built and switches on once the sheet is published.
  • The launch basicsFAQ, a privacy page, link previews, a custom 404 page, visible keyboard focus and reduced-motion support.

Result

[NEED: result] A real outcome since launch, such as booking inquiries per month or a change the owner has noticed.

Confirmed numbers only, with the client’s OK to publish them.
